 1. ALL LANDSCAPE PLANS, ETC. SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE
 BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL AND SUBMITTED AS PART OF
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS. THE ONLY PLANS THAT
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT APPLICATION ARE
 THOSE THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR THE REVIEW AND ISSUANCE OF
 THIS PERMIT. ALL PLANS ASSOCIATED WITH SEPARATE PERMITS
 SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. AS MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE ADOPTION OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT ORDER (RESOLUTION NO. 106-20), A MINOR
 AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
 THIS IS WITH THE ASSUMPTION AND FUTURE CONFIRMATION
 THAT NONE OF THE CHANGES TRIGGER THE THRESHOLD FOR A
 MAJOR AMENDMENT, AS SPECIFIED IN THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 106-20, PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT:
  
 3.1. THE DEVELOPER SHALL PAY TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH A CONTRIBUTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000 TOWARD TO
 COST OF A SAFETY STUDY FOR VILLAGE BOULEVARD.
