 C) THE PIPE SIZING TABLE 402.4(3) FBC FG (COMMERCIAL
 CODE) SHOWN ON THE RISER HAS AN INITIAL SUPPLY PRESSURE
 OF 8.0 IN. WC. AND A PRESSURE DROP OF 3.0 IN. WC. THIS
 APPEARS TO BE THE INCORRECT SIZING TABLE FOR THE SYSTEM
 BECAUSE COMMON RESIDENTIAL LOW PRESSURE PIPING SYSTEMS
 ARE DESIGNED AT A PRESSURE AROUND 7 IN. WC. AND A
 PRESSURE DROP OF 0.5 IN. WC. YOU HAVE LISTED AN OUTLET
 PRESSURE FOR THE RV61 REGULATOR AT 5"- 7" W.C. PLEASE

 G2413.4(1) IS THE TYPICAL LOW PRESSURE SIZING TABLE
 USED. THE RELATIVE TABLE IN THE FBC FG IS {402.4(2).
 THE TABLE INDICATES THE 1-1/4" PIPE TO THE GENERATOR IS
 ADEQUATELY SIZED HOWEVER THE ADDED LOAD OF THE
 GENERATOR TO THE SYSTEM MAY REQUIRE THE 3/4" UTILITY
 RISERS TO INCREASE IN SIZE. THIS CANNOT BE DETERMINED
 WITHOUT KNOWING THE TOTAL DEVELOPED LENGTH OF THE
 SYSTEM, THE ACTUAL DELIVERY PRESSURE AT THE METER, AND
 THE SI ZING TABLE USED FOR THE 3/4 RISERS- SEE COMMENT
 #1 ABOVE. CONCERNING THE INTERIOR BRANCH, CLARIFY IS
 THERE IS AN EXISTING LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR.
 D) VERIFY THE RV61 REGULATOR IS SUITABLE TO BE
 INSTALLED OUTDOORS, AND MARK UP THE SUBMITTED CHARTS TO
 SHOW THE PRESSURE DROP AND SPRING SELECTION- SECTIONS
 G2421.1 & G2421.2.
 E) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECS FOR THE GENERATOR FLEX
 CONNECTOR THAT INDICATE MANUFACTURER AND MODEL, LISTING
 STANDARDS, AND INSTALLATION GUIDELINES- SECTION
 G2415.1. CONNECTOR SPECS MAY BE A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 AND BE ONSITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION- SECTION 107.3.4.1

 2) SURVEY: CORRECT THE 5 FT. CLEARANCE TO WINDOW AND
 DOOR OPENINGS PER SECTION R303.5.1 FBC RES. A MINIMUM
 10 FT. CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED. VERIFY THE ADJACENT HOUSE
 WALL IS NON-COMBUSTIBLE AND HAS A 1-HR. FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING, OTHERWISE A 5 FT. CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED PER
 SEC. 4.1.4 NFPA 37. PROVIDE THE CLEARANCE DISTANCE TO
 THE ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE- IT IS INDICATED AS 8.5 FT.
 FROM THE STRUCTURE- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
