 (3) THE TOTAL DISTANCE OF TRAVEL SPECIFIED IN
 39.2.4.3(2) SHALL BE
 ON THE SAME STORY, OR, IF TRAVERSING OF STAIRS IS
 NECESSARY, SUCH
 STAIRS SHALL NOT EXCEED 15 FT (4570 MM) IN HEIGHT, AND
 BOTH OF
 THE FOLLOWING ALSO SHALL APPLY:
 (A) INTERIOR STAIRS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH COMPLETE
 ENCLOSURES TO SEPARATE THEM FROM ANY OTHER PART OF THE
 BUILDING, WITH NO DOOR OPENINGS THEREIN.
 (B) A SINGLE OUTSIDE STAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH 7.2.2
 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO SERVE ALL STORIES PERMITTED WITHIN THE 15
 FT
 (4570 MM) VERTICAL TRAVEL LIMITATION.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW AND PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING
 TRAVEL DISTANCES THAT WOULD ME THE SINGLEE XIT
 REQUIREMENTS AND REMOVE THE EXIT SIGN AT THE CORRIDOR.
