 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. THE VALUE OF THE
 WORK IS SPECIFIED AS $2400.00. PROVIDE A DETAILED SCOPE
 OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) SUBMIT A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT FOR THIS
 PERMIT. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
  
 3) IF THE WALLS OF THE EXISTING HOUSE ARE TO BE
 STUCCOED, SUBMIT A WALL SECTION, SHOWING THE WATER
 BARRIER, THE BOND BREAK, THE LATH, FASTENERS, FASTENER
 SPACING, STUCCO THICKNESS AND WEEP SCREED AT BASE OF
 WOOD FRAME WALL. FBC-R703.7 EXTERIOR PLASTER.
 INSTALLATION OF THESE MATERIALS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ASTM C926, ASTM C1063 AND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE.
  
 4) BEFORE THE WALLS OF AN EXISTING STRUCTURE ARE
 COVERED, A MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION IS REQUIRED SO THE
 INSPECTOR CAN EXAMINE THE CONDITION OF THE WALL THAT
 WILL BE COVERED.
