 1. ALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT WORK REQUIRES TO FOLLOW THE
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF
 AT [email protected] TO REQUEST THE EXAMPLE. AT
 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS
 GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED.
 2. THE FIRST-FLOOR BAY WINDOWS SHALL HAVE A CENTER
 FIXED WINDOW WITH NO MUNTINS. FLANK BY CASEMENTS WITH A
 HORIZONTAL 4-LITE PATTERN.
 3. PROVIDE A PHOTO OF THE EXISTING MUNTIN PROFILE.
 PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL FOR THE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS ONLY.
 NO TINT OR LOW-E COATING.
 2. ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS
 OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING AND MATCH THE
 INSET/PLACEMENT/DEPTH/LOCATION OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS
 WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME.
 4. ALL MULLIONS SHALL REMAIN, OR A REPLACEMENT OF
 MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING MULLIONS
