 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1A) PLEASE NOTE THIS REVISION IS TO PERMIT 19060803
 WHICH IS A ALL INTERIOR PERMIT RENOVATION. REVISIONS
 ARE TO BE WITHIN THE SAME SCOPING OF WORK AS INDICATED
 IN THE ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION. A LETTER WAS
 SUBMITTED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD (STORYN) REQUESTING
 ADDITIONAL WORK ($650,000.00) TO BE ADDED TO THIS
 PERMIT AND NO INCREASE OF VALUE IS SHOWN ON THE
 REVISION APPLICATION. THE CONTRACTOR IS THE OWNER OF
 THE PERMIT AND WOULD NEED TO REQUEST THE MOVING OF
 FUNDS FROM ONE PERMIT TO ANOTHER.
  
 1B) A NEW PERMIT NEEDS TO BE GENERATED FOR THE WORK
 THAT WAS APPROVED UNDER 19051045 REQUEST NEEDS TO BE ON
 THE CONTRACTORS LETTERHEAD. UNDER THIS PERMIT
 (19060803) THERE ARE NOTES STATING $650,000.00 OF VALUE
 WERE DECREASED FROM THIS PERMIT AND APPLIED TO
 20030124. PERMIT 20030124 IS NOT ISSUED, THE LAST
 TECHNICAL REVIEW TOOK PLACE ON 4/09/2020 AND PASSED,
 THERE IS ALSO AN IMPACT FEE STOP THAT PASSED ON
 7/08/2020. THERE IS A FEE BALANCE OF $2,743.43 DOLLARS,
 OTHER THAN THAT THE PERMIT IS READY FOR ISSUANCE WITH
 THE WINDOWS REFERRING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 19051045. TODA THERE HAS BEEN NO PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTALS REFERRING TO EITHER 19051045 NOR 20030124.
  
 1C) THIS PLAN REVIEWERS RECOMMENDATION IS TO REMOVE ANY
 REFERENCE TO THE WINDOWS FROM THIS REVISION AND PAY THE
 FEES DUE ON PERMIT 20030124 WHICH HAS BEEN SITTING
 SINCE 7/08/2020 READY FOR ISSUANCE. OTHERWISE YOU WILL
 NEED TO SUBMIT NEW PAPERWORK FOR THE WINDOWS. THE
 REFERENCING FROM ONE PERMIT TO ANOTHER PERMIT TO A 3RD
 PERMIT TO THE REVISION ON THAT PERMIT IS NOT CONSISTENT
 WITH GOOD RECORD KEEPING.

 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. W.P.B.
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2017 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS
 SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR
 OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODESCONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR
 THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORD
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
