 1) THE ACCESS GATES DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET PREVIOUS SITE
 APPROVAL FOR FD ACCESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 15' ON THE FRONT NORTH AND 13' ON THE SOUTH IS TOO
 NARROW. THE REAR GATE IS APPROVED AS IS AS IT WAS
 PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED DUE TO LIMITED PROPERTY LINES.
  
 20' IS REQUIRED WITH 18' BEING ACCEPTABLE AND LESSER
 DIMENSIONS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW AND CORRECT AND PROVIDE AS WIDE A WIDTH
 AS POSSIBLE.
  
  
 2) ADD A KNOX KEY SWITCH ON THE REAR GATE FOR AN
