 1. FBC EB 504.1. LEVEL 2 ALTERATIONS INCLUDE THE
 RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE, THE ADDITION OR ELIMINATION
 OF ANY DOOR OR WINDOW, THE RECONFIGURATION OR EXTENSION
 OF ANY SYSTEM, OR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY ADDITIONAL
 EQUIPMENT.
 2. FBC EB 801.1 & 801.2 LEVEL 2 ALTERATIONS AS
 DESCRIBED IN SECTION 504 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 8. IN ADDITION TO THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER, ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 7. PROVIDE FLOOR PLAN
 OF ENTIRE RESIDENCE SHOWING COMPLIANCE.
 3. FBC B 107.2.1. PROVIDE DRAWING DETAIL SHOWING
 CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF INFILL FOR WINDOW REMOVAL AND
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION [RE]402, SECTION R301 AND
 SECTION R703.
 4. FBC B 107.3.5 PROVIDE AN EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 ELEVATION DETAIL DRAWING FOR ALL WORK AREAS.
 5. FBC R 301 FAC9N-3. PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS/NOA'S FOR THE PROPOSED MULLION BARS TO BE
 USED.
 6. FBC B 107.1. THE INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
 SHALL PROVIDE THEIR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE
 PLAN.
 7. WPB A 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS.
 VALUE TO INCLUDE LABOR AND MATERIALS, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
