 STRUCTURE AND FUTURE USE ONCE THE BUILDING HAS ITS
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. TO MEET BOTH CODES YOU WILL
 NEED TO IDENTIFY UNDER WHICH CODE YOU ARE DESCRIBING
 THE BUILDING. IT IS COMMON FOR DAYCARE OCCUPANCIES TO
 HAVE THE DOUBLE COMMON, ONE FOR THE STATE REQUIREMENTS
