 1) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS THE SIGN FOR
 THE RESIDENTIAL TOWER TO BE A MAXIMUM OF 60 SQUARE
 FEET.
  
 2) THE SIGN CALCULATION SHOWING 41 SQUARE FOOT SIGN IS
 INCORRECT AS IT DOES NOT FACTOR IN THE 40 INCH HEIGHT
 OF THE TOWER LOGO. A BOX IS REQUIRED AROUND THE ENTIRE
 SIGN, WHICH WILL BE THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT THE
 PLANS INCLUDE AN APPROVAL STAME FROM THE CITYPLACE
 TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.
