 SETBACK. HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK. THE PROPOSED FENCE IS SIX FEET
 WHERE 4 FEET IS ALLOWED IN FRONT SETBACK.
