 1) FOOTPRINT OF ROOF PLAN SUBMITTED DOESN'T MATCH THE
 ROOF PLAN FOR MASTER PERMIT 19040464. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) ROOF TILE NOA 18-0509.15 SUBMITTED SHOW ON PAGE 5 OF
 8 THAT THE CONCRETE TILE WILL BE FASTENED WITH 1 #8
 SCREW. THE ATTACHMENT RESISTANCE EXPRESSED AS A MOMENT
 FOR 1 #8 SCREW IS 20.7. USING TABLE 2A OF THE FRSA/TRI
 MANUAL (REVISED 5TH EDITION) AS A REFERENCE, THE 20.7
 UPLIFT MOMENT IS VERY LOW FOR A 5 STORY BUILDING. NOTE:
 TABLE 2A OF THE FRSA/TRI MANUAL IS FOR THE FIELD TILE
 ONLY.
 PROVIDE ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS FOR THE REQUIRED
 UPLIFT MOMENT OF THE TILE IN ALL ROOF ZONES OF THIS
 BUILDING AND REVISE THE FASTENING METHOD TO COMPLY WITH
 SUCH CALCULATIONS. SEC. 107.2.1.1 AND SEC. 107.2.1.2
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3) DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE CALCULATIONS, PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AND FASTENING METHOD AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
