 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 DATE: TUES. FEB. 25/ 2019
 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) EVEN THOUGH THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE STATE APPROVED
 PLANS THE O/B HAS NOT PROVIDED THE REQUIRED INFORMATION
 THAT IS ON THE PLANS FOR SIZE AND TYPE OF INSTALLATION.
 WITHIN THE PLANS THERE ARE VARIOUS TABLES WITH OPTIONS,
 THESE OPTIONS NEED TO BE CIRCLED SO THE PLANS EXAMINER
 AND INCEPTOR CAN MATCH THE PLAN TO THE INSTALLATION TO
 SEE IF THE TYPE OF INSTALLATION IS AN APPROVED METHOD.
 THE 2ND ENGINEERING SHEET (AD-1) SHOWS 3 METHODS OF
 TIE-DOWN DETAILS PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH OF THESE METHODS
 OF ANCHORING ARE GOING TO BE USED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
