 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, AND ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.2: PLEASE
 SUBMIT 2 OF ALL SURVEYS, PLANS, REPORTS, REVISIONS,
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OR SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW FOR
 PERMIT.
  
 2) WITHIN THE STATE APPROVED SET OF PLANS THERE IS A
 FOUNDATION PLAN AP-1. ON THIS SHEET THERE ARE 3 WIND
 ZONES, TABLE 1C-165D / 175C IS THE TABLE THE O/B NEEDS
 TO REVIEW, PROVIDE THE SHED WIDTH (CIRCLE WIDTH) AND AS
 TO WHICH OF THE 3 TYPES OF FOUNDATIONS THIS
 MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL BE ANCHORED TOO, PLEASE
 CIRCLE THAT FOUNDATION TYPE.
 1B) INFORMATIONAL SETS OF PLANS/ ADDITIONAL DATA.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, AND ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.2: PLEASE
 SUBMIT 2 OF ALL SURVEYS, PLANS, FOUNDATION TYPE FOR
 REVIEW FOR PERMIT.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
