 D. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE A WHITE OR BRONZE
 EXTERIOR FRAME.
 E. ALL FRONT ELEVATION GLASS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 CLEAR GLASS. NO TINTED OR PRIVACY.
 F. ALL SIDE AND REAR ELEVATION GLASS WILL BE REQUIRED
 TO HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING.
  
 AT PRESENT, I HAVE A SET OF PROPOSED CONDITIONS. THESE
