 COMMENTS; THE TWO SPACES DO NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC 2017.
  
 2. FBC 107, REVISE PLAN TO PROVIDE SUITE NUMBERS TO
 EACH UNIT. TITLE BLOCK INDICATES THAT THIS IS NO LONGER
 100, THE TWO SPACES ARE SUITES 169 AND 181, BUT IT IS
 NOT CLEAR WHICH IS 169. PLEASE REVISE, AT A MINIMUM,
 SHEETS AD1.1 AND ALS1.1.
  
 3. A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SEPARATE SUB PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR THE 2ND TENANT SPACE, PLEASE SUBMIT
 APPLICATION AND LET ME KNOW VIA EMAIL WHEN IT IS
 SUBMITTED. REVIEWS WILL BE EXPEDITED. ALL AFFECTED

 A. THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE POSITIONED WITH A WALL OR
 PARTITION TO THE REAR AND TO ONE SIDE. THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 18
 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE SIDE WALL OR PARTITION PER FBC
 ACC 604.2
 B. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES

 SHOWS WORK ONLY FOR THE SOUTH HALF OF THE BUILDING AND
 STATES "NO WORK" IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE BUILDING.
 SUBMIT THE CORRECT DEMOLITION PLAN WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLANS SUBMITTED INCLUDE BOTH THE NORTH AND THE
 SOUTH HALF OF THE BUILDING (FLOOR PLANS, ELECTRICAL
 PLANS, MECHANICAL PLANS, ETC.) PROVIDE ONLY PLANS THAT
 COVER THE AREA OF WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT AND REMOVE THE
 PLANS THAT DO NOT APPLY.
  
 3) THE BUILDING COMMENTS RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT
 THE ROLL-UP DOOR IS FOR TEMPORARY FUTURE TENANT USE
