 1. INCLUDE ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR WINDOWS, DOORS,
 AND ROOF. THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE DEFERRED.
 2. SUBMIT A LANDSCAPING PERMIT. THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.
 3. MODIFY THE WINDOW SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE WINDOW FRAME
 COLOR (ANODIZED), MUNTIN PROFILE (EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL
 PYRAMID), AND GLASS COLOR. THE FRONT WINDOWS MUST BE
 CLEAR GLASS. ALL OTHER WINDOWS MAY BE CLEAR GLASS WITH
 LOW-E COATING. TINTED OR PRIVACY GLASS IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
 4. THE FRONT PORTICO SHALL BE REVISED SO THAT THE POST
 DOES NOT ENTER THE FRONT YARD SETBACK AND THE ROOF DOES
 NOT PROJECT INTO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK MORE THAN THREE
 FEET.
 5. THE RIGHT SIDE (WEST) ELEVATION SIDE GABLE FACE
 SHALL CONTINUE, AND THE ROOF ADDITION SHALL DEAD-END
 INTO THE GABLE FACE.
 6. A SCORE LINE WITH A WIDTH OF 3/4 OF AN INCH SHALL BE
 ADDED TO IDENTIFY WHERE THE NEW ADDITION STARTS WITHIN
 THE STUCCO FINISH.
