 ANCHORS OR ANCHOR STRAPS SPACED AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE

 8A) TYPICAL WALL SECTION STATES ATTACH TOP AND BOTTOM
 WITH SIMPSON SSP. SSP WONT CONNECT TRIPLE SILL PLATE TO
 THE STUD. PLEASE USE STRAP THAT WILL CONNECT ALL WOOD
 MEMBERS AND REVIEW USING ANCHOR BOLTS AT SILL.
 - SINCE YOU MAY NEED MORE CONCRETE BELOW THE SILL, WHY
 HAVE TRIPLE SILL PLATE INSTEAD OF CONCRETE?
  
 8B) PLEASE SHOW CONNECTION OF IN-FILL WALLS TO EXISTING
 WALLS AND COLUMNS.
 - ALSO, PROVIDE NAILING TYPE AND SPACING FOR SHEATHING
 AND LATHE.
  
 9) 703.7.3 FBC[R]WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION R703.2 AND, WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED
 SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE A WATER-RESISTIVE
 VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A PERFORMANCE AT LEAST
 EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF GRADE D PAPER. THE
 INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED INDEPENDENTLY SUCH
 THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE CONTINUOUS PLANE
 AND ANY FLASHING (INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 R703.4) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO THE WATER-RESISTIVE
 BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE LAYERS.
 - 15# FELT WILL ACT AS WATER BARRIER AND PAPER BACKED
 LATHE CAN SERVE AS TYPE D LAYER OVER TOP TO ALLOW
 MOISTURE TO ESCAPE FROM BETWEEN THE 2 LAYERS.
