 TO COVER THE STRUCTURAL STEEL COLUMNS. DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED SHOW ATTACHMENT OF THE SIGN TO THE DECORATIVE
 PRECAST COLUMN. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED
 SPECIFY POURED CONCRETE AS THE MOUNTING SURFACE

 UPDATED PLANS STATE THAT THE COPY AND SUPPORTS ARE
 WHITE, YET THE DRAWINGS SHOW THE WAVES AND BIRDS IN A
 SHADE THAT DIFFERS FROM THE TEXT. PROVIDE VERIFICATION
 THAT THESE ELEMENTS ARE WHITE (IE. INCLUDED WITH COPY).
 ADDITIONALLY, THE ROPE LACING COLOR IS NOT PROVIDED

 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ALL INSTALLATION COMPONENTS OR HANGING DEVICES
 CONSIST OF ANODIZED ALUMINUM. PROVIDE ON THE PLANS
 VERIFICATION THAT THE MOUNTING PLATE AND ROD, INCLUDING
 CAP, ARE ANODIZED ALUMINUM.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST SIX INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED SIGN
 AREA. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE SIGN FACE THAT VERIFIES
 THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT
 SPECIFICALLY PERMIT THE HERCULITE NATURA NT7747
 MATERIAL (VINYL COMPOSITE MATERIAL); THEREFORE, YOU
 REQUIRE AN ADMINISTRATIVE WAIVER LETTER FROM CITYPLACE
 RETAIL, LLC, ACCEPTING THE USE OF THE ALTERNATIVE
 MATERIAL FROM WHAT IS SPECIFIED IN THE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS HAVE A MINIMUM CLEARANCE
 OF 14 FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE. PROVIDE ON THE PLANS
 VERIFICATION OF THE MINIMUM CLEARANCE.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM PROJECTION OF THREE FEET FROM THE WALL TO THE
 OUTER EDGE OF THE SIGN. PROVIDE ON THE PLANS
 VERIFICATION OF THE PROJECTION FROM THE WALL TO THE
 OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE ROD RETAINING CAP.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT UP
 TO THREE COLORS ON A SIGN. PROVIDE ON THE PLANS
 VERIFICATION OF THE COLORS USED ON THE SIGN. NOTE: THIS
 INCLUDES THE MOUNTING RODS AND THE NYLON ROPE AS THESE
 ARE PARTS OF THE SIGN.
  
 8) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO
 VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO
 AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. THE BOLT HEADS THAT EXTEND PAST
 THE MOUNTING PLATE DO NOT MEET THIS STANDARD. IF THE
 BOLT HEADS MUST EXTEND PAST THE MOUNTING PLATE, THEY
 NEED TO BE CONCEALED BY CAPS MATCHING THE COLOR OF THE
 MOUNTING PLATE.
  
 9) PROVIDE AN ELEVATION DRAWING, TO SCALE, OF THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING (HIBISCUS STREET FACADE) SHOWING
 WHERE THE SIGN WILL BE MOUNTED ON THE WALL (COLUMNS).
 NOTE: IT NEEDS TO BE CENTERED ON THE COLUMN ON WHICH IT
 IS MOUNTED.
