 1) THE PROPOSED TIKI HUT STRUCTURE REQUIRES THE
 SUBMITTAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION BEFORE ZONING CAN APPROVE THIS
 PERMIT. THE SITE CALCULATIONS FOR THE OPEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPE, ETC. MUST BE UPDATED AS PART OF THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT. THIS WOULD ALSO BE A GOOD TIME TO UPDATE THE
 PLANS TO REFLECT CHANGES DUE TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW
 ADOPTION CENTER.
  
 2) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT NO TREES ARE AFFECTED BY
 THE PLACEMENT OF THE TIKI HUT.
  
 3) THE SETBACK AND HEIGHT OF THE TIKI HUT COMPLY WITH
 ZONING.
