 PEOPLE REGARDING THE SAME PROPERTY. THE INSPECTION WAS
 COMPLETED ON 1/17/2020; HOWEVER, THE INSPECTION FAILED.
 I SPOKE WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER AND SHE STATED SHE
 WOULD RELAY THE MESSAGE TO THE NEW OWNER. A RENTAL TAX
 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL THE UNITS BEING RENTED, AND THERE
 ARE SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
 THE INSPECTION FORM WILL BE TURNED IN TO MITCH, ONCE
 ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED, A REINSPECTION CAN BE
 APPLIED FOR THROUGH MONIQUE WILLIAMS. AN ADDITIONAL 30
 DAYS WILL BE GIVEN TO GET THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE;
 THEREFORE THE NEW COMPLIANCE DATE IS 2/17/2020.
