 HAS NOT BEEN FILLED OUT. THE LANGUAGE ON THE FORM
 STATES "TO COMPLY, A BUILDING MUST MEET OR EXCEED ALL
 OF THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS ON TABLE R402A
 AND ALL APPLICABLE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS SUMMARIZED IN
 TABLE R402B OF THIS FORM." IN TABLE R402A PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE INSTALLED VALUES FOR THE WINDOWS, THE DOOR,
 THE WALL AND AND CEILING INSULATIONS, THE DUCT R-VALUE,
 AND THE AC SYSTEM, MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS CHECKLLIST-
 TABLE R402B WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE FORM SUBMITTAL.
  
 2) THE AC CALCULATIONS ARE INDICATING THE FRONT DOOR IS
 FACING EAST, HOWEVER ACCORDING TO PALM BEACH COUNTY
 RECORDS THE FRONT DOOR IS FACING NORTH- PLEASE REVISE
 THE CALCULATIONS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
