 NOTE: SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS FOR BATH AND
 KITCHEN REMODELING ONLY BUT PLANS SUBMITTED INCLUDE ALL
 KIND OF ADDITIONAL WORK. REVISE SCOPE OF WORK ON PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND PLANS TO MATCH.
 PLANS NEED TO BE CLEAR ON SCOPE OF WORK TO BE
 CONSIDERED FOR THIS PERMIT. CLEARLY SPECIFY WHAT IS NEW
 AND WHAT IS EXISTING. CLEARLY DEFINE ALL PROPOSED SCOPE
