 IF USING PAVERS IN THE APRON AREA OF THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY, YOU MUST EXECUTE A PAVER DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT,
 WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED HERE: HTTP://WPB.ORG/DEPARTMENTS/
 ENGINEERING-PUBLIC-WORKS/FORMS,-PERMITS-APPLICATIONS
  
 1) FOR DRIVEWAYS WITHIN THE CITY OF WPB WE HIGHLY
 RECOMMEND THE USE OF ASTM C-1272 STANDARD FOR PAVERS,
 FOR THIS TYPE OF SPECIFICATION THE THICKNESS FOR PAVERS
 IS RECOMMEND TO BE 3-1/8". (RIGHT-OF-WAY PORTION OF
 DRIVEWAY APRON).
  
 2) "F" TYPE PAVERS ARE RECOMMENDED WHEN USING A
 FLEXIBLE BASE (SAND AGGREGATE, COMPACTED GRAVEL BASE,
 ETC. ). FOR TYPE "F" PAVERS SHOULD BE NOT LESS THAN 2
 5/8" IN THICKNESS. REF: ARCHITECTURAL GRAPHIC STANDARDS
 FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, 2ND EDITION.
  
 3) THE PAVER DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT IS A REQUIREMENT IF
 PAVERS ARE USED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY PORTION OF THE
 DRIVEWAY. THE AGREEMENT MUST BE RECORDED AT PALM BEACH
 COUNTY COURTHOUSE - RECORDING DEPT. 4.25. A RECORDED
 COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT SHOULD BE FAXED TO (561)
 494-1116. ATTENTION: DRIVEWAY REVIEWER. DOCUMENT NEEDS
 TO BE RECORDED PRIOR TO FINAL SIGN OFF.
