| | INSPECTIONS. MR. GATHRIGHT AND I MET WITH THE CHIEF |
| | BUILDING INSPECTOR THIS MORNING ABOUT CITY INSPECTORS |
| | DOING THIS TYPE OF INSPECTIONS. BOTH THE CHIEF BUILDING |
| | INSPECTOR AND MR. GATHRIGHT AGREED THAT THIS TYPE OF |
| | RESTORATION WORK WOULD REQUIRE A 3RD PARTY INSPECTION |
| | SERVICE (RESIDENT INSPECTOR) THAT COULD STAY ONSITE |
| | THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE RESTORATION WORK. THE |
