 1) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2017 APPEARS TO BE PROVIDING
 INCOMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THE APARTMENTS. REFER TO
 SECTIONS R405.4.2 & R405.4.2.1 FBC EC:
  
 A) PROVIDE THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE PROJECT.
  
 B) CORRECT THE "SINGLE-FAMILY" DESIGNATION TO
 "MULTI-FAMILY",
  
 C) CORRECT THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS.
  
 D) THE FORM INDICATES NOT A "WORST CASE" COMPLIANCE
 WHICH WOULD MEAN THAT THE COMPLIANCE DATA IS ONLY
 RELAVENT TO ONE APARTMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AC
 CALCULATIONS ARE USING A BLOCK LOAD METHOD FOR SYSTEM
 SIZING BASED ON SECTION C407.5.2.3 FBC EC. SYSTEM
 SIZING USING THIS METHOD IS PERMITTED ONLY FOR
 MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS EXCEEDING THREE STORIES.
  
 E) THE THERMAL ENVELOPE FOR THE 2ND FLOOR APARTMENTS
 OVER THE UNCONDITIONED, UNFINISHED FUTURE RETAIL SPACES
 IS INCOMPLETE BECAUSE NO FLOOR/CEILING INSULATION HAS
 BEEN PROVIDED- SEE SHEET A.3.2.3.
  
 2) THE AC CALCULATIONS APPEAR TO BE USING A BLOCK LOAD
 METHOD FOR SYSTEM SIZING BASED ON SECTION C407.5.2.3
 FBC EC. SYSTEM SIZING USING THIS METHOD IS PERMITTED
 ONLY FOR MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS EXCEEDING THREE
 STORIES.
  
 3) INDICATE HOW VENTILATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 BIKE STORAGE 106 , AND STORAGE ROOMS 109 AND 111-
 SECTION 401.2 FBC M.
  
 4) REFER TO SECTION R403.6.2 VENTILATION AIR AND
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO INDICATE THE DESIGN AIR CHANGES
 PER HOUR SHALL BE THE MAXIMUM RATES ALLOWED PER
 RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS INDICATED IN THE ASHRAE 62.2
  
 5) SHEET M.4.3.3: THE LOCATION OF THE AC CLOSET LOUVER
 DOOR RETURN APPEARS TO BE WITHIN 10' OF THE RANGE WHICH
 IS NOT ALLOWED PER SECTION 601.5 (7) EXCEPTION 1 FBC M.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
