 PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED FROM BUILDING DEPARTMENT. ONCE
 THE PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED AND ALL REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
 HAVE PASSED, AND SIGNED OFF BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR,
 PLEASE CONTACT MONIQUE WILLIAMS AT 561-822-1468 TO
 REQUEST A RE-INSPECTION. YOU WILL BE GRANTED AN
 ADDITIONAL 60 DAYS TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO
 COMPLIANCE. THE NEW COMPLIANCE DATE IS 1/29/20. I HAVE
 ATTACHED PICTURES FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
