 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT

 THE PLANS OR YOU MUST PROVIDE A LETTER FROM CITYPLACE
 MANAGEMENT APPROVING THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED.
  
 PROVIDE THE FULL ELEVATION OF THE GARAGE WITH THE
 PARKING ASSIST SIGNAGE SHOWN ON IT. ALSO PROVIDE A
 PHOTO OF THE PROPOSED LOCATIONS SO THAT STAFF CAN
 VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED LOCATION IS NOT SUCH THAT
 LANDSCAPE WOULD NEED TO BE REMOVED TO PROVIDE
 VISIBILITY OF THE SIGNS. STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT
 LANDSCAPE REMOVAL.
  
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MADE NO PROVISIONS FOR
 THIS TYPE OF SIGNAGE TO BE LOCATED ON THE WALLS OF THE
 PARKING GARAGES. IN ORDER TO INSTALL THIS TYPE OF
 SIGNAGE, A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PLANNING
 DIVISION.
