 OR REMOVED. EXISTING SABAL PALMS ARE NOT SHOWN ON

 SABAL PALMS IN GOOD CONDITION MUST BE RELOCATED PER
 SECTION 94-448(D)(3), SHOW LOCATIONS FOR (4) RELOCATED

 1. PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND TREE DISPOSITION PLAN FOR

 2. THE EXISTING PALMS IN THE RIGHT OF WAY ARE ROYAL
 PALMS, NOT FOXTAIL PALMS. REVISE PLAN TO CORRECT.
  
 3. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY WILL BE VERY
 CLOSE TO THE EXISTING ROYAL PALM IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
 DOUBLE CHECK LOCATION TO ASSURE THERE IS NOT A CONFLICT
 WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
  
 4. CORRECT PLANT LIST TO SHOW SEAGRAPE AS NATIVE.
  
 5. CORRECT NOTE #2 ON SHEET LP3 TO CURRENT CODE
 REGARDING PALM SUBSTITUTION. CODE CITED HAS CHANGED.
  
 6. UPDATE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY CHART TO CURRENT CODE,
 AS THE VERSION PROVIDED IS A PREVIOUS VERSION THAT IS
 SUPERSEDED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) AND
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS.
  
 7. PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE BASED ON THE PLANT LIST TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT SPECIES. A
 MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE
 FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED
 FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST
 RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT
