 ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED AND PASS INSPECTION
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 2. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF ANY FENCES, PRIVACY WALLS, POOLS AND
 POOL EQUIPMENT, ETC.
  
 3. ALL A/C CONDENSING UNITS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF ONE

 BE CORRECT.
  
 2. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE PROPOSED SIDE
 SETBACK ON THE RIGHT OR LEFT SIDES OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PROPOSED SETBACK SHALL BE INDICATED (AS SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY). ADDITIONALLY, THE BLUE DASHED LINE (USED TO
 INDICATE THE REQUIRED SETBACK) SHOULD BE A 5 FOOT
 OFFSET OF THE PROPERTY LINE, THEREBY RUNNING PARALLEL
