2019-08-05 11:48:55THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
  
 1. ALL FRONT WINDOWS MUST BE REPLACED IN KIND.
 SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED. REVISE TO
 CASEMENTS WITH A PAIRED 8 LITE PATTERN CASEMENT AND
 DOUBLE PAIRED 8 LITE PATTERN CASEMENT. ALL CASEMENTS
 WILL NEED TO HAVE AN EXTERNAL OGEE DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS.
 ALL OTHER EXISTING CASEMENTS MUST BE REPLACED IN-KIND.
 STAFF MAY CONSIDER LARGER CASEMENTS IF THEY CAN
 ACCURATELY REPLICATE THE APPEARANCE OF WHAT IS
 EXISTING.
 2. REVISE ALL SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS TO HAVE A 6/6 LITE
 PATTERN WITH EXTERNAL OGEE DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS.
 3. PROVIDE COLOR OF GLASS AND FRAME. GLASS MAY BE CLEAR
 OR CLEAR WITH LOW-E COATING. TINTED OR PRIVACY GLASS IS
 PROHIBITED.
 4. PROVIDE AN ILLUSTRATION OR GRAPHIC THAT SHOWS WHAT
 THE PROPOSED THREE DOORS SHALL BE
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE PROPOSED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL,
 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS MAY BE ADDED AFTER RESUBMITTAL.
  
 A. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR
 CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING.
 B. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME OPENING. ALL WINDOWS
 SHALL MATCH THE INSET/DEPTH OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS
 WITHIN THE WINDOW OPENING.
 C. THE EXISTING MULLIONS SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF THE SAME WIDTH.
 D. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL OGEE DIMENSIONAL
 MUNTINS.
 E. ALL WINDOW FRAMES SHALL BE WHITE IN COLOR.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS RECYCLING, DONATING, OR STORING ANY
 ORIGINAL WOOD WINDOWS THAT SHALL BE REMOVED AS A PART
 OF THIS PROJECT.
