 ENGINEERS OR OTHER PERSONS THAT ARE NOT FIELD
 CONSTRUCTION PERSONEL THAT MAY REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE
 STAIRS AND RAMPS. NOTE ON STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATE
 SITE INSTALLED ITEMS INCLUDE RAMPS, STAIRS AND GENERAL
 ACCESS TO THE BUILDING ARE SITE INSTALLED, NO DETAILS
 ARE IN THE PLANS.
  
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 102.2. THE
 FOLLOWING BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES ARE
 EXEMPT FROM THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AS PROVIDED BY
 LAW, AND ANY FURTHER EXEMPTIONS SHALL BE AS DETERMINED
 BY THE LEGISLATURE AND PROVIDED BY LAW:
  
 (E) MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES USED AS TEMPORARY
 OFFICES, EXCEPT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF PART I I
 (SECTION 553.501-553.513 FLORIDA STATUTES RELATING TO
 ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS
 SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN,
 ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH
 MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES.

 1) PROVIDE DIMENSIONED, TO SCALE PLANS SHOWING THE
 LOCATION OF THE TWO CONSTRUCTION OFFICES. IT DOES NOT
 APPEAR THAT THERE IS ADEQUATE SPACE FOR THE TWO
 TRAILERS JUST IN THE EXISTING PARKING SPACES.
  
 2) THE CONSTRUCTION OFFICE SITE PLAN SHOWS ONE OF THE
 TRAILERS IN THE LOCATION OF AN OAK TREE THAT IS TO BE
 PRESERVED ON-SITE. THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW THAT
 THIS TREE IS PROTECTED.
  
 3) THE CONSTRUCTION FENCING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WITH PLANS. NOTE: THE DETAILS OF THE FENCING AND THE
 WINDSCREEN IS REQUIRED ON THE FENCE PERMIT.
  
 4) THE STAGING AREA AND THE CONTRACTOR PARKING AREAS
 (AS WELL AS THE FENCES SURROUNDING THEM) ARE SHOWN ON
 PROPERTY OWNED BY THE NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE FENCE ON THE NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPROVEMENT
 DISTRICT PROPERTY. AS PART OF THE PERMIT, YOU MUST
 PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM THE NORTHERN PALM BEACH
 COUNTY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PERMITTING YOU TO USE THE
 PROPERTY FOR STAGING AND CONTRACTOR PARKING.
  
 5) THE PROVIDED SITE PLANS INCLUDE NOTATIONS REGARDING
 THE RELOCATION OF TREES. THE TREE RELOCATION PLAN HAS
 NOT BEEN FORMALIZED AND A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT HAS
 NOT BEEN ISSUED. THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING PLAN MUST BE
 BASED ON THE TREE RELOCATION PLAN - TREES MAY NOT BE
 RELOCATED MORE THAN ONE TIME OR BE PLACED IN INCORRECT
 LOCATIONS TO MAKE STAGING MORE CONVENIENT. NO TREES MAY
 BE RELOCATED UNTIL THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
