 2) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
 AS FOLLOWS: 25' X LENGTH OF FRONTAGE = FRONT YARD AREA.
 3) IF THIS IS AN EXPANSION, THE EXPANSION IS REQUIRED
 TO BE SETBACK 5 FEET FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.
