 WORK OF AN EXTERIOR WALL (NOTE # 1 REMOVE AN EXISTING
 PORTION OF WALL, PREPARE FOR LOUVER INSTALLATION. NOTE
 # 2 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF FLOORING.
 SHEET A3.2 NOTE # 3 INDICATES A NEW HVAC PENETRATION
 THROUGH THE FLOOR SYSTEM. THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS GIVE
 NO FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE NEW OPENING IN THE WALL
 SYSTEM HOW TO PREPARE THE WALL OPENING FOR THE NEW
 LOUVER. NOR DOES THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS PROVIDE
 INFORMATION AS TO THE STEPS INVOLVED FOR THE NEW FLOOR
 PENETRATION, TYPE OF FLOOR SYSTEM, NOR IF ANY
 ADDITIONAL BRACING WILL BE REQUIRED THE NEW OPENING.
  
 THE COVERSHEET A0.0 DOES HAVE A INDEX OF DRAWINGS AN IT
 APPEARS THAT THE S-100 STRUCTURAL SHEET WAS LEFT OUT OF
 BOTH SETS OF PLANS. THE UNKNOWN SHEET WOULD HAVE TO
 ANSWER BOTH THE QUESTIONS STATED ABOVE PLUS PROVIDE THE
 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR 180 VULT, MEAN ROOF HEIGHT AND
 THE ASSOCIATED PRESSURES FOR THE NEW WALL LOUVER.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.2.
  
 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
 1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
 2. RISK CATEGORY.
 3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE.
 4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
 5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT SPECIFICALLY
 DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
 TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
