 1) THE PERMANENT WINDOW SIGNAGE SHALL BE PERMITTED FOR
 UP TO 25 PERCENT OF THE GLAZED AREA OF THE STOREFRONT
 FACADE. STOREFRONT FACADE AREA IS MEASURED VERTICALLY
 FROM THE AVERAGE PUBLIC SIDEWALK ELEVATION TO A LINE
 TEN FEET ABOVE THE AVERAGE PUBLIC SIDEWALK ELEVATION.
 PROVIDE THE 10 FOOT HEIGHT LINE ON THE SIGN DRAWINGS
 AND BASE THE TOTAL WINDOW AREA ON THIS HEIGHT. IT
 APPEARS THAT THE WINDOW GRAPHICS WILL EXCEED 25 PERCENT
 WHEN THE CODE ALLOWED STOREFRONT FACADE AREA IS USED.
  
 2) WINDOW SIGNAGE IS PERMITTED PROVIDED SUCH SIGNAGE
 DOES NOT UNREASONABLY OBSTRUCT VIEWS FROM THE STREET
 INTO STOREFRONT SPACES. ON THE DOORS, THE WHITE PANELS,
 WITH THE BLUE SCRIPT, ARE SHOWN AT 44 INCHES HIGH (YET
 LISTED AT 45 INCHES HIGH ON THE TABLE) AND SCALE AT
 APPROXIMATELY 16 INCHES FROM GRADE, FOR AN OBSTRUCTION
 AT 60 INCHES ABOVE GRADE. ON THE WINDOWS, THE WHITE
 PANELS, WITH THE BLUE SCRIPT, ARE SHOWN AT 40 INCHES
 HIGH AND SCALE AT APPROXIMATELY 32 INCHES FROM GRADE,
 FOR AN OBSTRUCTION AT 72 INCHES ABOVE GRADE. THE CITY
 WILL PERMIT NO OBSTRUCTED VIEW ABOVE 48 INCHES, TO THE
 PANELS WILL NEED TO BE REPOSITIONED, OR MADE SMALLER TO
 COMPLY WITH THIS STANDARD. PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE
 TOP OF THE PANELS, FROM GRADE, ON THE REVISED PLANS.
