 DIMENSIONS COUNTED FOR THE SIGN ARE 8' X 6' WHICH
 RESULTS IN A 48SF SIGN. PLEASE CLARIFY AND CLEARLY
 INDICATE THAT THERE IS A ONE FOOT HIGH CONCRETE BASE,
 IF THAT IS THE CASE. LOW PLANTS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 FRONT OF THE SIGN BASE. INDICATE PLANT SPECIE AND SIZE.
 2. BASED ON THE PROPOSED LOCATION IT SEEMS THE SIGN
 WILL IMPACT SOME EXISTING LANDSCAPE (AT LEAST ONE
 PALM). STAFF NEEDS INFORMATION ON THE LANDSCAPE
 EXISTING ON THE SITE AND THE SIGN IMPACT. IF THE PALM
 IS IMPACTED BY THE SIGN, IT NEEDS TO BE RELOCATED.
