 THE EPL DISPLAY CARD COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THE
 BUILDER ACCURATELY REFLECTS THE PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED TO DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE
 FOR THE BUILDING. A COPY OF THE EPL DISPLAY CARD CAN BE
