 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. INCLUDE ALL CALCULATIONS FOR ALL LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 SEGMENTS IN THE CALCULATIONS SECTION OF THE PLAN IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(B).
  
 2. SHOW THE PARKING LANDSCAPE AREAS COUNTED TOWARD
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) FOR THE
 AREAS WITHIN THE PARKING FIELD, AND MATCH THE TOTAL
 SHOWN ON THE REQUIREMENT CHART TO MEETING THE TOTAL OF
 BOTH SECTIONS ADDED TOGETHER.
  
 3. AN INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY
 10 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3)B.
 SHOW ALL PARKING SPACE ROW COUNTS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 NOT EXCEEDING 10 IN A ROW.
  
 4. ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS MUST MEET THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE WIDTH OF 8 FEET INSIDE CURB, AND MUST EXTEND
 THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING SPACE PER
 SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A. THE PLAN IS NOT CLEAR WHAT
 LANDSCAPE AREA IS AVAILABLE FOR THE TREE IN THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND WITH THE SIGN. A PARKING SPACE MAY BE
 REMOVED, AND THE TERMINAL ISLAND ADDED.
  
  
 5. A TYPE D OR EQUIVALENT CURB MUST BE PROVIDED AROUND
 AL NEW LANDSCAPE ISLANDS EXCEPT WHERE EXISTING LIVE OAK
 TREES ARE LOCATED PER SECTION 94-443(C)(5).
  
  
 6. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE BUILDING PERIMETER
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT OF 30% FOR COMMERCIAL USE AND
 INCLUDE THE LINEAR FOOTAGE PER SECTION 94- 443(E)(1).
  
 7. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CHART SHOWING
 THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS PER SECTION 94-448 (G).
  
 8. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT
 SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL
 ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF
 SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA
 WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA
 LANDSCAPES. SHOW ACTUAL PERCENTAGE ON LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 9. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL FPL TRANSFORMERS AND ABOVE
 GROUND UTILITY VALVES AND BACKFLOWS PREVENTERS AND SHOW
 ALL LOCATIONS OF GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT.
  
 10. SHOW ALL DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER LINES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH NEW TREES. SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ANY ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT UTILITY
 LINES.
  
 11. THE 5 LIVE OAK TREES SHOWN IN THE RIGHT OF WAY MUST
 BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY WPB ENGINEERING SERVICES
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF THE TREES AND RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
