 1. A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATION IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED IF THE PROPERTY OWNER WOULD
 LIKE TO CONTINUE TO REPLACE THE EXISTING METAL SUPPORT
 COLUMNS WITH WOOD. THE CASE WILL BE HEARD BY THE
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD.
 2. THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION CAN BE APPROVED IF
 THE PROPERTY OWNER CHANGES THE WOOD SUPPORT COLUMNS TO
 METAL AND THE REPLACEMENT SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING IN
 PROFILE AND DESIGN.
