2019-03-12 11:43:33ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) ARE THE PROPOSED PAVERSINCLUDE A DRIVEWAY? IF SO,
 SHOW THE PATIO AREA AS WELL AS THE DRIVEWAY AREA. THE
 DRIVEWAY SHALL CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWNG REGULATIONS:
 2) INDICATE ON SURVEYS THE DIMENSIONS (LXW) OF PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY. DRIVEWAY WIDTH AT PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 20' IN WIDTH. TWO DRIVEWAYS ON A LOT MUST BE
 TOTAL 20 FEET AND ACCESS FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS SHALL
 BE 10 FEET WIDE EACH, SEE ENCLOSED ILLUSTRATION FOR
 YOUR REFERENCE.
 2) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 3) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
 AS FOLLOWS: 25' X LENGTH OF FRONTAGE = FRONT YARD AREA.
  
 NOTE: IF MATERIAL OF NEW DRIVEWAY ARE PAVERS, THEN 60%
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED.
