 FOR CONSENT TO BUILD IN THEIR EASEMENT. IS THE PERMIT
 ONLY FOR THE WEST PROPERTY LINE/WALL? THE ORIGINAL
 SUBMITTAL HAD THE WEST AND NORTH WALLS
 HIGHLIGHTED...BUT RE-SUBMITTED PLANS ONLY OUTLINE THE
 WEST WALL, LABELING IT AT THE "PERMIT AREA". PLEASE
 CLARIFY THE SCOPE OF THE PERMIT AND MAKE SURE THE PLANS
 REFLECT THAT ACCORDINGLY. IF THE PERMIT IS ONLY FOR THE
 WEST WALL (ALONG THE RAILROAD TRACKS), THEN I DON'T
 NEED THE EASEMENT CONSENT. BUT IF YOU ARE INLCUDING THE
 NORTH WALL, THEN I DO NEED AT&T TO SIGN OFF ON THE
 APPROPRIATE FORM (CONTACT ME IF NECESSARY).
