 1809.4 THE MINIMUN DEPTH OF FOOTINGS BELOW THE
 UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES.
  
 5. THE STAIRWAYS DIMENSIONS AND HANDRAILS MUST MEET THE
 FBC R311.7. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS.
