 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THEIR ROOT ZONES NEED TO BE SHOWN. THE
 FIBER BORE NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY SHOWN AVOIDING DAMAGE TO
 THE ROOT ZONES (THIS MAY OCCUR ON THE ENGINEERING
 PLAN). THE ENGINEERING PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE TREES AND
 A TEN (10) FOOT SETBACK FROM THE TREES TO THE HANDHOLES
 IN ORDER TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE TREES OR THEIR ROOT
 ZONES FROM BOTH THE BORE AND THE HANDHOLE INSTALLATION.
 THE BORE DEPTH SHOWN AT FIVE (5) FEET BELOW GRADE IS AT
 A SUFFICIENT DEPTH TO GO UNDER THE TREE ROOTS; HOWEVER,
 WHERE THE BORE SLOPES UP TO THE HANDHOLE IT MAY NOT

 2) SURVEY OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES

 SURVEY. SINCE THIS WAS JUST RECENTLY REDONE THE
 AS-BUILTS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.

 THE INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR MUST CONTACT SUNSHINE 811
 TO VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES AND VERIFY ALL
 DEPTHS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. ALL CITY UTILITIES MUST
 BE LOCATED BY SOFT DIG METHODS BEFORE STARTING THE
