 ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT:
 1.1. THE EXISTING FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT (FPL) EASEMENT,
 AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2327, PAGE 31,
 SHALL BE ABANDONED. PROOF OF THE ABANDONMENT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. ON SHEET C2.1 THE ELEVATION POINTS ARE NOT
 DISPLAYING PROPERLY.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE
 SUBMITTAL AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH WHAT WAS APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION, AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO.
 16-19. AS SUCH, A MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
 AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ?
 PLANNING DIVISION, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT.
  
 5. DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE BIKE RACKS SHOWING
 THE PROPOSED STYLE AND MINIMUM CLEARANCES REQUIRED
 BETWEEN RACKS, ETC. IF NECESSARY, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO
 OBTAIN THE APPROVED STYLES AS WELL AS THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONS FOR INSTALLATION.
  
 6. THE SITE PLAN, ETC. INDICATES THAT 510 BEDS ARE
 PROPOSED, HOWEVER THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS INDICATE THAT
 THERE ARE 506 BEDS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE
 ACCURATE AND CONSISTENT.
  
 7. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL
 PURPOSES:
 7.1. ALL WORK WITHIN THE SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY
 RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
 PERMITTING BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
 (FDOT).
 7.2. THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF ANY
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING
 AND IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. ALL PERMITS
 SHALL BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION
 OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS.
 7.3. FINAL APPROVAL OF THE ENGINEERING DESIGN SHALL BE
 BASED UPON SUBMITTAL OF A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION
 TO, AND REVIEW BY, THE CITY?S PUBLIC WORKS AND
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS.
 7.4. ALL UTILITY ELEMENTS (I.E. BACKFLOW PREVENTERS,
 ETC.) SHALL BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPING TO THE MAXIMUM
 EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE CONTROLLING UTILITY AGENCY.
 7.5. THE DEVELOPER SHALL INSTALL AT ITS EXPENSE ALL
 RIGHT-OF-WAY UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. APPLICABLE CAPACITY CHARGES,
 INSTALLATION CHARGES, DEPOSITS, AND OTHER NORMAL FEES
 CHARGED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT SHALL BE
 ASSESSED AT THE TIME OF REQUEST FOR PERMITS/REVIEW.
