 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) SHEET 4.1: THE AC SCHEDULE INDICATES 6400 CFMS OF
 SUPPLY FOR THE EXISTING 7.5 TON SYSTEM. THE PLAN AC
 LAYOUT SHOWS 3025 CFMS OF AIR DISTRIBUITED- PLEASE
 CORRECT THE SCHEDULE.
  
 2) SHEET 4.1: THE OUTSIDE AIR CALCULATIONS APPEAR TO BE
 INACCURATE AND SHOW THE TOTAL REQUIRED O/A TO BE 3145
 CFMS WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE CAPACITY OF THE SYSTEM
 AND WOULD REQUIRE THE UNIT TO BE A DEDICATED OUTDOOR
 AIR SYSTEM DOAS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 403.3.1.1 FBC
 M, HEALTHCUB/AEROBICS ROOMS ARE CALCULATED AT 40
 PERSONS PER 1000 SF WHICH WOULD EQUATE TO 123 OCCUPANTS
 AT X 20 CFMS PER OCCUPANT = ( 2460 CFMS) + 0.06 CFMS X
 3075 = (184.5) = TOTAL 2645 CFMS O/A REQUIRED. THIS
 CALCULATION IS BASED ON THE 3075 SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT
 WAS LISTED ON THE PLAN IN THE CALCULATION. THIS NUMBER
 CAN BE REDUCED BY ELIMINATING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 RESTROOMS. BUT ULTIMATELY IT APPEARS THAT THE EXISTING
 SYSTEM WOULD BE INCAPABLE OF CONDITIONING AND
 DEHUMIDIFYING THIS LARGE AMOUNT OF O/A. GENERALLY THE
 PERCENTAGE OF O/A TO TOTAL SUPPLY AIR IS ABOUT 15-25%.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN AC COOLING AND HEATING CALCULATION
 THAT INCORPORATES THE VENTILATION CALCULATION INTO THE
 TOTAL HEAT LOAD.
  
 3) THE AC SCHEDULE INDICATES THE SYSTEM IS 8.9 EER,
 HOWEVER THE SUBMITTED ENERGYGAUGE COMPLIANCE FORM
 INDICATES 14 SEER. CORRECT THE ENERGY FORM TO MATCH THE
 SCHEDULE. PLEASE SEE TABLE C403.2.3(1) FBC EC: SYSTEMS
 GREATER THAN 65,000 BUT LESS THAN 135,000 BTU/H ARE
 RATED BY EER.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
