 1) BASED ON THE BEECH OVEN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS,
 AND SECTION 507.2 FBC M, A GREASE EXHAUST HOOD AND FIRE
 SUPPRESSION SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE OVEN-
 PLEASE CORRECT THE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) THE BEECH PIZZA OVEN, WHICH IS GAS OR WOOD-FIRED,
 SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED IN ACCORDANCE WITH UL 2162
 WHICH IS THE LISTING REQUIREMENT FOR SOLID-FUEL-FIRED
 OVENS- SECTION 917.1 FBC M.
  
 3) REVISE SHEET 9 TO INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED GREASE
 EXHAUST DUCT AND FAN COMPLIANCES FOR THE PIZZA HOOD
 SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE SLOPE OF THE DUCT, CLEANOUT
 LOCATIONS, DUCT WRAPPING ETC.THE NEW HEF-1 FAN SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 506.5 OR BE UL 762 LISTED
 AND LABELED, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A ROOM OR SPACE
 HAVING THE SAME FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING AS THE DUCT
 ENCLOSURE- SECTIONS 506.5.1 AND 506.5.1.2 FBC M.
  
 4) PLEASE BIND THE PLANS TOGETHER NEATLY SO SHEETS DO
 NOT BECOME LOST OR MISPLACED- SECTION 107.2.1.3 WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
