 LOCATION OF THE GARAGE IS 530 HIBISCUS STREET AND MUST
 BE LISTED ON THE TITLE BLOCK.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE ADJACENT STREET NAMES AND A NORTH ARROW
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) THE MONUMENT SIGNS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH
 PLANS (INCLUDING A SURVEY). AS SHOWN THE MONUMENT SIGNS
 BLOCK THE ENTRY DRIVES. NOTE: ZONING STAFF HAS NOT
 PERFORMED A REVIEW TO VERIFY IF MONUMENT SIGNS ARE
 PERMITTED - THE SIGNS MAY NEED TO BE WALL MOUNTED.
