 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PERMIT, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. LANDSCAPE PLAN NEEDS TO BE MOVED FROM MAIN PERMIT
 18110465 TO THIS PERMIT 18110466 IN PROJECT DOX. AS A
 COURTESY, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WAS REVIEWED, AND THE
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE ADDRESSED.
  
 2. UPDATE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS
 CHART TO CURRENT CODE SECTION 94-446 (G) FOR ALL
 OPTIONS.
  
 3. ON THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS CHART, CORRECT THE
 SITE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE SHADE TREE AND
 FLOWERING TREE CALCULATIONS BASED ON 40% OPEN SPACE.
  
 4. SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR LANDSCAPE BUFFER FOR
 REQUIRED TREES AND HEDGES.
  
 5. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF ALL LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE AND SITE PLAN.
  
 6. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT
 THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING WITH THE REQUIRED TREE.
  
 7. FOR THE DUMPSTER, PROVIDE THE REQUIRED HEDGE AROUND
 THE WEST SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE. THIS CAN BE COMBINED
 WITH THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND TREE.
  
 8. ACCURATELY SHOW THE CONCRETE ACCESS APRON FROM THE
 CURB TO THE SIDEWALK FROM DIVISION AVE. INTO THE
 PARKING LOT.
  
 9. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT
 SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL
 ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF
 SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA
 WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA
 LANDSCAPES.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER, SEWER, FIRE LINES,
 DRAINAGE LINES AND FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
