 PROVISOS FOR DRIVEWAY WITH PAVERS
 1) FOR DRIVEWAYS WITHIN THE CITY OF WPB WE HIGHLY
 RECOMMEND THE USE OF ASTM C-1272 STANDARD FOR PAVERS,
 FOR THIS TYPE OF SPECIFICATION THE THICKNESS FOR PAVERS
 IS RECOMMEND TO BE 3-1/8". (RIGHT-OF-WAY PORTION OF
 DRIVEWAY APRON).
 2) "F" TYPE PAVERS ARE RECOMMENDED WHEN USING A
 FLEXIBLE BASE (SAND AGGREGATE, COMPACTED GRAVEL BASE,
 ETC. ). FOR TYPE "F" PAVERS SHOULD BE NOT LESS THAN 2
 5/8" IN THICKNESS. REF: ARCHITECTURAL GRAPHIC STANDARDS
 FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, 2ND EDITION. 3) THE PAVER
 DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT IS A REQUIREMENT IF PAVERS ARE USED
 IN THE RIGHT OF WAY PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY. THE
 AGREEMENT MUST BE RECORDED AT PALM BEACH COUNTY
 COURTHOUSE - RECORDING DEPT. 4.25. A RECORDED COPY OF

 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 3) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
