 A) FBC ACC 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
 B) FBC ACC 604.7 DISPENSERS. TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET
 MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER. THE OUTLET
 OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48
 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR.
 C) FBC ACC 604.4 SEATS. THE SEAT HEIGHT OF A WATER
 CLOSET ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR SHALL BE 17 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 19 INCHES MAXIMUM MEASURED TO THE TOP OF
 THE SEAT. SEATS SHALL NOT BE SPRUNG TO RETURN TO A
 LIFTED POSITION.
 D) FBC ACC 604.2 LOCATION. THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 POSITIONED WITH A WALL OR PARTITION TO THE REAR AND TO
 ONE SIDE. THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 18 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE SIDE

 E) FBC ACC 604.5.1 SIDE WALL. THE SIDE WALL GRAB BAR
 SHALL BE 42 INCHES LONG MINIMUM, LOCATED 12 INCHES
 MAXIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL AND EXTENDING 54 INCHES
 MINIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL.
 F) FBC ACC 604.5.2 REAR WALL. THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR
 SHALL BE 36 INCHES LONG MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET 12 INCHES MINIMUM ON ONE
 SIDE AND 24 INCHES MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
 G) FBC ACC 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE.
 H) FBC ACC 603.3 MIRRORS. MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE
 LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE
 BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 40 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED
 ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES

 3. PER FBC PL 1108.1 WHERE ROOF DRAINS ARE REQUIRED,
 SECONDARY (EMERGENCY OVERFLOW) ROOF DRAINS OR SCUPPERS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WHERE THE ROOF PERIMETER CONSTRUCTION
 EXTENDS ABOVE THE ROOF IN SUCH A MANNER THAT WATER WILL
 BE ENTRAPPED IF THE PRIMARY DRAINS ALLOW BUILDUP FOR
 ANY REASON. WHERE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ROOF DRAINS ARE
